Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all shoppers.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and backroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
