- Operational Efficiency: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
