Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Set up and break down event infrastructure as needed
- Handle basic cash operations and merchandise sales
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for all Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid NY state ID or driver's license
