Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at beachfront events and festivals
- Manage vendor check-ins and operational logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
- Assist with promotional material distribution and attendee engagement
- Report operational issues to event coordinators
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for last-minute event assignments
- Must pass basic background check
