Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and breakdown procedures efficiently
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout event spaces
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle basic cash transactions and inventory management
- Adapt quickly to changing event requirements and schedules
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic cash handling experience required
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass background check
