Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during peak hours
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Process transactions and manage vendor interactions at food/beverage stations
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event operations
- Document attendance and complete shift reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
- Must pass background check and drug screening
