Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access at high-traffic events
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Provide information and directional support to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
