Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with food/beverage service at festivals and private functions
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and lighting
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore event venues
