Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration & VIP check-ins
- Coordinate vendor setup & logistics
- Enforce safety protocols & crowd control
- Assist with event tech & audiovisual support
- Handle emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with security & event management teams
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Valid US driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible with last-minute schedule changes
