Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional attendee support
- Monitor event flow and assist with crowd control measures
- Operate AV equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transport
- Professional appearance and reliable punctuality
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Must pass background check and venue-specific training
