Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve onsite issues promptly
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass basic background check
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability
