Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures including tents, staging, and décor
- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP entrances and activity zones
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during peak attendance
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and beverage sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain brand standards in all customer interactions
- Report operational issues to on-site management team
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor environments
- Valid Florida ID or driver's license required
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to downtown/midtown Miami venues
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check (no felonies)
- 18+ years of age with legal work authorization
