Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest registration, and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance throughout events
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Manage vendor coordination and supply inventory during shifts
- Collaborate with event leads to ensure flawless execution
- Conduct post-event cleanup and equipment return logistics
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Basic first/CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
