Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain organized event spaces
- Report operational issues to shift supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-12pm)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Phoenix venues
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass background check (drug-free workplace)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
