Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
- Report issues to on-site supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather
