Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access at weekend festivals/concerts
- Coordinate VIP experiences and premium service areas
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility with last-minute schedule changes
- 21+ for alcohol-serving events (if applicable)
- Background check required
