Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at outdoor festivals and indoor venues
- Manage crowd control and entry procedures efficiently
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and backstage coordination
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during live events
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Background check required for all positions
