Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot technical issues for AV and staging equipment
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays exclusively
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety regulations
- Spanish fluency highly desirable for LA events
- Background check required upon hire
