As a Weekend Event Staff member, you'll be the face of our operations, ensuring seamless execution while interacting with attendees and vendors. No prior event experience required – we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Build your schedule around your life with weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) offering 4-8 hour blocks.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, stages, and signage
- Manage attendee check-in and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor event spaces for safety and operational compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team for smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and equipment handling
- Address attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Document event activities and submit post-shift reports
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment transport)
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol events)
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with positive attitude
