Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and provide venue navigation assistance
- Execute event setup/breakdown including furniture staging and decor arrangement
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at all times
- Assist with VIP guest services and premium experience management
- Operate ticket scanning systems and mobile payment platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team for seamless operations
- Document incident reports and maintain cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid California ID/Driver's License
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-11pm)
- Exceptional customer service skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphone apps, scanning devices)
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Quick problem-solving skills in high-energy environments
- Reliable transportation to multiple SD locations
