Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols during events
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site event coordinators
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Report operational issues to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-11pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Washington State ID or driver's license required
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- No experience necessary – training provided
