Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket sales
- Coordinate with vendors and internal event teams for seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate shift documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment transport)
- Flexible availability during peak event seasons (May-October)
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to train
