Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences at weekend corporate events and festivals
- Manage registration/check-in processes efficiently using tablet systems
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications
- Assist with promotional material distribution and brand ambassador duties
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Submit detailed post-event feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6-10 hours per weekend)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors or in event venues
