Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, markets, and retail pop-ups
- Set up/break down event booths and maintain organized workspaces
- Manage inventory and process cashless transactions
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries
- Represent brands professionally at weekend activations
- Collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Adhere to safety protocols and event guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Reliable transportation to Austin venues
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- 18+ years old (required for event venues)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
