Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist vendors with booth operations and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and organizers
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with venue staff
Qualifications
