Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, ticket booths, and information stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and equipment management
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Report operational concerns to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Antonio
