Responsibilities
- Execute guest services at weekend concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage VIP areas and premium guest experiences
- Coordinate with security and venue operations teams
- Assist with crowd flow and venue cleanliness
- Troubleshoot guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support setup/breakdown of event spaces
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to multiple Nashville venues
- Flexible schedule to cover last-minute event needs
