Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including guest registration, venue setup, and breakdown procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive assistance and VIP hospitality
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control during high-energy events
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response readiness for 500+ attendee events
- Operate technical systems including AV equipment and registration software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Document event metrics and provide post-event improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and outdoor venues
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, AV setups)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
