Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including stages, seating, and equipment
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators seamlessly
- Troubleshoot technical issues with AV and lighting systems
- Assist with promotional activities and attendee engagement

Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Basic knowledge of event setup procedures
