Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket validation at venue entrances
- Provide directional assistance and venue information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during events
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Maintain clean and organized work areas before/during/after shifts
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of crowd management protocols a plus
- Valid Maryland ID required
