Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees throughout events
- Assist with crowd control and safety protocols as directed
- Distribute promotional materials and event information packets
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless operations
- Report any venue maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-10pm)
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Valid Michigan ID or driver's license required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle basic setup equipment
- Reliable transportation to various Detroit locations
