Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including chairs, tables, and equipment
- Manage guest registration and attendee check-in procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with team members for seamless event execution
- Assist with post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic customer service experience preferred
