- Handle basic inquiries and resolve attendee concerns promptly
- Support venue cleanup and breakdown procedures post-event
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to various Jacksonville venues
