Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including seating and staging

- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with flexible hours
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of event technology (ticket scanning apps)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
