Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown activities
- Operate ticket scanning and point-of-sale systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, including evenings)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule with ability to work multiple consecutive weekends
- 18+ years old (required for alcohol-serving events)
