Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at event entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with venue safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations
- Set up and break down event spaces efficiently
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Must be available every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit locations
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic English fluency required
