Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators seamlessly
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV and event equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout events
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to various Phoenix locations
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required
