Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees
- Monitor event spaces for safety and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators
- Distribute promotional materials and event swag
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues (AV, lighting)
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-11PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass background check (provided free)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible to work last-minute assignments
