Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes at event venues
- Direct attendees to seating areas, restrooms, and activity zones
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event equipment and signage
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators
- Report operational issues to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Oklahoma City venues
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Must pass basic background check
