Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification processes
- Monitor venue entrances, exits, and crowd flow
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with security and venue staff for seamless operations
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions for merchandise/food concessions
- Report operational issues to event supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-12pm or 4pm-10pm)
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth venues
- Must pass basic background check (immediate processing)
