Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures at assigned event stations
- Ensure venue safety protocols are maintained throughout assigned areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Coordinate with team leads for seamless event flow and logistics
- Set up and break down event infrastructure according to specifications
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues during event execution
- Report attendance and operational metrics to event management
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to various Denver metro locations
- Must pass basic background check (immediate hiring requires quick turnaround)
