Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at assigned stations
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions sales
- Implement crowd control protocols and maintain safe event environments
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces including tents and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with venue staff and security teams for seamless operations
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation to event locations
