Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and crowd control at weekend festivals, markets, and private events
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cashless payments
- Set up/break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and safety barriers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Conduct pre/post-shift venue inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines efficiently
- Report operational issues through our mobile dashboard system
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid CA driver's license for equipment transport (bonus)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to various SF venues
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- COVID-19 vaccination required for indoor events
