Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (tents, stages, signage)
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning
- Provide directional assistance and venue information
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Assist vendors with inventory and booth operations
- Collect and organize event materials post-event
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (minimum 2 shifts/month)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in/payments
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation to venues
