Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at festivals, weddings, and private events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Execute setup/teardown of event infrastructure and decor
- Process ticketing and manage VIP guest check-ins
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain event schedules
- Provide real-time support during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for venue transportation
- Basic POS system experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with breaks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality or event operations a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Local New Orleans residents strongly preferred
