Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Represent brands with professional conduct and enthusiasm
- Document incident reports and provide real-time feedback
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass basic background check
