Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration at weekend events
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Collect and reconcile cash transactions accurately
- Report operational issues to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday & Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors
- Basic cash handling and math skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must pass background check
- No event experience required – training provided
