Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and décor
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with event attendees
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Handle basic inventory management of event supplies
Qualifications
- Available every Saturday AND Sunday (mandatory weekend commitment)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- No prior event experience required – training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
