Responsibilities
- Welcoming and guiding guests at event venues throughout Sacramento
- Setting up/breaking down event spaces according to specifications
- Managing registration desks and ticket scanning systems
- Ensuring guest safety and maintaining crowd control protocols
- Collaborating with team leads to resolve operational issues
- Providing exceptional customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations
