Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, stages, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and directional assistance
- Provide exceptional customer service during festivals and corporate events
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event flow
- Maintain clean and safe event environments
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8-hour shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown and suburban venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass basic background check
